2 THINK AGAIN WHATEVER YOU THINK BUSINESS IS, Some schools ask you what kind of career you want. Maybe a better question is, what kind of life do you want? What if you don't want to be tied down to one place, or one role? What if you don't want to find your place so much as build it from the ground up? What if you thrive best in a crowd or a conversation, not in a cubicle? This is what hospitality is all about. It's business in motion, with a sense of adventure and a knack for bucking the trend. And hospitality is everywhere. Because business doesn't just happen on a computer. It isn't confined to a meeting or an office. It doesn't always wear a suit, and it isn't always sitting down. Business happens standing up. It happens in a handshake, a negotiation, a smile. It leaves a trail of passport stamps, closed deals, and big ideas in its wake.
