2013-14 School of Hotel Administration 189 Statler Hall Ithaca, NY 14853-6902 Francesca Filippini '15 developed her love for food and beverage management growing up in Mendham, New Jersey in a family that prized spending mealtimes together. She is fluent in Italian and has interned with Batali and Bastianich Hospitality Group in New York's Eataly and at the Hotel Borgo Egnazia resort in Puglia, Italy. She is lead TA for Culinary Theory and Practice. She hopes to find a position in New York that will allow her to divide her work between this country and Italy. Jason Koski/UPhoto
